AT LAST!
My name is Romilda P. Smith. I am a realtor and CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert, with Keller Williams Realty. In my mind, I have been blogging for years! Several years ago I visited my local Public Radio station (WCVE) http://ideastations.org here in Richmond, VA, and took a class on blogging. Well better late than never they say!
Along with the million of other things you have to do, I would like to invite you to visit me here from time to time. My goal is to keep you updated on what is happening in the real estate market, specifically with distressed properties like short sales. Things change rapidly, so visit often. (Ok in the beginning once a week may be enough.)
